I somehow found it very strange that Halloween has found its way to our shores. I mean isn't Halloween an event usually celebrated in America with the kids wearing strange costumes going door to door trick or treating? Aparently it has made its way to Malaysia with some businesses organizing Halloween Street Parties etc. Even Maxis is sending out MMSes to their customers wishing them a Happy Halloween! Strange. Maybe I'm living under a shell. Well, I suppose if this event can rake in the $$$, businesses would celebrate it. In 2006 in the US alone, consumers were expected to spend up to USD4.96 billion in costume sales. WoWee!What's with the Halloween?
